We are working with the Crowne Plaza located at 851 Congaree Rd, Greenville, South Carolina 29607. They are 7 minutes or 3.6 miles away and have a shuttle service available.

There are multiple camping options within 30 minutes of the venue. There is no on site camping at the venue.

Absolutely! We have already agreed on parking passes with the Greenville Convention Center that will be available for pre-sale.

Both the ARBA Open Banquet and the ARBA Youth Banquet are planned to be held at the Greenville Convention Center. We also have agreed upon details for National Clubs to host their banquets on site as well. We will provide details following the bid award.

Until our Convention bid approved, we are only offering official 'SMRCS Swag'. All uses of our planned 'Down the Rabbit Hole' Convention logo are restricted to use by the SMRCS Team at this time.

Historical averages are temps of 73 during the day and 53 at night. As we are in the south, we do advise all exhibitors traveling to verify weather conditions prior to traveling. The venue itself has full heat and A/C. The Convention Center has agreed to keep the showroom between 65 and 75 degrees during the times that animals will be kept.

All animals on the convention center grounds must be entered in the show and exhibitors are encouraged to enter as many animals as they wish including show animals and any you wish to sell. Please see the complete convention show rules and the ARBA Convention Rules.

Yes, please see the official catalog for information on air freight entries. Southern Magnolia Rabbit & Cavy Shows will NOT provide transportation for your rabbits or cavies from the airport to the showroom. We will provide a short list of locals willing to transport between the Convention Center and the following airports confirmed to have capabilities for rabbit/cavy shipping:

• Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)
  • Airlines: Alaska, Delta, United
• Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT)
  • Airlines: Delta, United

Although details are not finalized at this time, we have pre-approval from the Fire Marshall for use of traditional pine shavings.

Convention is primarily an exhibition of animals. We request that cages be as plain as possible so that attendees can focus on the animals. Only business cards or small advertisements that do not exceed 4″ x 6″ x 1/4″ thick are allowed on a coop provided they are removed after the exhibition. Any other signs, banners, curtains, yarn, bells, wood, or any other items could be removed by show staff and discarded.
